About the Director Mr. Vilas Nikumbh is a graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication (E&TC) Engineering from the University of Pune. Instead of choosing the corporate world after graduation, he dedicated himself to the field of education and mentoring students. He is the Founder Director of Samwaad Academy of Excellence, Nashik, and has been serving in the field of education for the past ten years. Being an engineering graduate, Mr. Nikumbh believes in modern and concept-based teaching methods that make learning more effective and engaging for students. His contribution to education has been recognised by various organisations and media groups through several prestigious awards, including The Best Coaching Teacher Award – 2022 by the Nashik District Coaching Classes Directors Association, Zidd Ki Kahani – Edition 2022 by Dainik Bhaskar Group, Pride of Nashik – 2023 by RED FM 93.5, and Hall of Fame – 2024 by Dainik Bhaskar Group. He has also been honored with awards such as Lokmat Master Mentor, Sakal Gaurav Gatha, and Deshdoot Guru Sanman. Along with education, Mr. Nikumbh is deeply passionate about social service and environmental awareness. During the Kolhapur-Sangli floods, Samwaad Academy distributed food grains and clothes to flood-affected families. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he extended support to needy people and provided free education to students who had lost their parents. His vision is not only to provide quality education but also to shape students into responsible and compassionate human beings.
